Through its five kitchen collections — Cottage, Heritage, Authentique, Campagne and City — Delforge explores a wide range of styles, from traditional Provençal kitchens rooted in craftsmanship to contemporary kitchens defined by clean lines and architectural clarity. While each collection has its own aesthetic language, all share the same standards of proportion, material quality and attention to detail.
Every Delforge kitchen is custom-made, designed in harmony with the architecture of the home, its history and the way the space is used. Inspired by memory, artisanal skill and sometimes a true intuitive connection, each project tells a singular and deeply personal story.
Crafted with the utmost care, Delforge kitchens are produced according to different levels of cabinetmaking, from refined architectural construction to the Ébéniste range, where kitchens are entirely hand-built, hand-fitted and hand-finished. COTTAGE
Pure Shaker design, shaped by craftsmanship.
The Cottage collection is rooted in the principles of pure Shaker kitchens: balanced proportions, flush fronts and carefully drawn frames. Crafted entirely to measure, it celebrates simplicity, structure and honest materials, creating a kitchen that feels both timeless and deeply functional.
AUTHENTIQUE
The authenticity of traditional joinery.
With the Authentique collection, solid oak and traditional joinery take centre stage. Inset doors, pegged mortise-and-tenon construction and moulded frames express the strength and honesty of a kitchen built to last.
HÉRITAGE
The soul of traditional Provençal kitchens.
The Héritage collection draws inspiration from historic kitchens as they once existed in houses of character and Provençal homes. Solid wood cabinetry, dressers, plate racks, muslin glass, stone worktops and sinks come together in a kitchen designed to be lived in, used and passed on through generations.
CAMPAGNE
The spirit of country kitchens.
With the Campagne collection, natural wood lies at the heart of the design. Plain inset doors, raw finishes and irregular textures create a generous, welcoming kitchen inspired by rural homes and traditional farmhouses.
CITY
The purity of a contemporary kitchen.
The City collection is defined by clean lines and oak-veneered fronts, either stained and varnished or lacquered. With or without handles, the surfaces form continuous, balanced volumes designed for demanding contemporary interiors. A bespoke kitchen where modernity is expressed with restraint.
